Our Mission  

Property Line Surveying strives to provide excellence in service and in a surveying product that can stand upon its own merits. To be accountable and reliable to its clients and their needs. Working directly with each client as needed to ensure a complete and accurate understanding of the Surveying services provided, producing quality work in a timely manner, while meeting the needs of each client as requested. 

Company

Property Line Surveying LLC was established in 2023 by James and Jeannie Terrel. James & Jeannie moved to Douglas County Oregon in 2021. James grew up in Douglas County and has family in the area. An opportunity presented itself for James and Jeannie to start their own business and take on the challenge of working for themselves.

Owners

James is a college graduate from UCC and brings 25+ years of surveying and 30 years of military service. James received his Honorable discharge and retired at the Rank of Sergeants Major in March 2023. James earned his Certified Survey Tech from the NSPS In 2003, his LSIT in 2011 and gained his Oregon PLS license on September 14, 2021. Jeannie brings her experience from college, working in accounting, shipping receiving, inventory, personnel management, and product development. 

Equipment

Property Line Surveying uses Trimble Equipment and process work with the Traverse PC program. Cad files are available as a DWG. File.
